Professional Experience
Mr. Santiago has been with MMPF since 1988.  He prepares contract documents for all project types encountered at the firm with a special emphasis on commercial, medical office, and tenant fit-out projects.  In addition to CAD production work, he has extensive experience in the design and detailing of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and he contributes in that capacity on smaller projects and assists with in-house review and coordination of MPE drawings.
